As always on Sundays, today's Daily Dozen offered a first look at positions and airplay totals for the new weekly TPM Super Sixty. In its second day at Number One, Katy Perry's ROAR adds another 264 plays to bring its total gain from a week ago to +3780 ... The song ousted by ROAR, after 8 weeks at the top of Total Popular Music, BLURRED LINES, shows a day-to-day additional loss of -326, and slips 2-3 from Saturday, with a total week-to-week turnaround between Robin Thicke and Katy of 5697, setting another new record at TPM. ROAR started the past week 4500+ plays behind LINES, but Ms Perry is now 1106 ahead of #Thicke! ... As LINES slips again, Capital Cities' SAFE AND SOUND, +214 from Saturday, rises 3-2 to become the new runner-up ... Lana Del Rey's SUMMERTIME SADNESS, +136 day-to-day (+1197 for the week) has advanced 10-7 from last Sunday ... Avicii's WAKE ME UP, +310 today, has entered the DD 13-11 ... And Lorde's ROYALS, +361 from yesterday, has entered the Dozen 15-12 ... Looking to join the daily Top 12 update in the coming week, up 17-13, +279 today to reach 9645 for the week, is Lady Gaga's APPLAUSE, which is now back on track for at least the Top 5 after recently appearing to stall out. |
