As always on Sundays, Today's Twelve sets the pace for the upper zone of the new weekly Super Sixty (due later today). And overall, it looks like the weekly listing will turn out to be rather stagnant from a week ago after a second holiday week in a row. But, for the first fifth of the new Sixty, today's Daily Dozen better shows (with day-to-day airplay stats) the return to normalcy in trending than will the week-to-week total plays data ... Bruno Mars' LOCKED OUT OF HEAVEN -- today with a lead of 2991 TotalPlaysMonitored, is now assured of a fifth week at Number One on the new weekly chart, while runner-up HO HEY from The Lumineers continues gaining and edging closer each day. But, although HO HEY is now #1 at our Hot Adult component, can The Lumineers go all the way at TPM? ... As more normalcy returns to airplay data, two contenders for the top continue posting gains: P!nk's TRY and Taylor Swift's I KNEW YOU WERE TROUBLE -- but both still have a long way to go to HEAVEN! ... Both older titles that showed change-of-year airplay gains -- ONE MORE NIGHT and SOME NIGHTS -- are now gradually losing it again, but not before both will show week-to-week gains ...
