Sunday's TPM Hit Music Daily Dozen (January 13, 2013)

Bruno Mars' LOCKED OUT OF HEAVEN is now confirmed for a sixth week at Number One on the new weekly Super Sixty (due later today). We've been noting small daily losses for LOCKED in recent days, but on the early run for the new weekly chart, it actually gains some plays week-to-week. That's also the case for a couple of other songs. And runner-up HO HEY (The Lumineers) has lately been showing small daily gains, but from a week ago it has a very major increase in total plays. The runner-up is down to 1860 plays behind LOCKED, but unless Bruno starts losing a lot of airplay for his latest TPM topper, HO HEY appears destined to not get the keys to the penthouse. Although 4236 behind The Lumineers today, Taylor Swift's I KNEW YOU WERE TROUBLE looks like a potential succesor at the top of Total Popular Music when Mr. Mars is ready to surrender the keys.
