Monday's Daily Dozen (Dec 24, 2012)

Our TPM Number One SuperHit Bruno Mars' LOCKED OUT OF HEAVEN reaches another new high for TotalPlaysMonitored across our components at 19,674 -- but again sees it lead shrink (from 3422 Sunday to 3361 today) ... Runner-up The Lumineers' HO HEY continues moving toward HEAVEN -- but can it go all the way at Total Popular Music? It just might -- but not too soon ... In the third position, Rihanna's DIAMONDS has slowed for gains, but another 25 plays from a day ago enables it to pass 15,000 for the first time ... Phillip Phillips' HOME, for the holidays, appears on track for a 5-4 advance later this week (before 2013 starts) ... P!nk's TRY is only 45 plays away from a 7-6 advance (but that may have to wait until after Santa comes and goes) ... Flo Rida's I CRY, pushed back last week 9-10 by TRY, is now only 14 plays away from another 10-9 move ... Also posting more gains today are Ed Sheeran's THE A TEAM and Taylor Swift's I KNEW YOU WERE TROUBLE ... The Top 12 Songs of the Day, every day, from TOTAL Popular Music - 'The NEW Mass Appeal Hit Music Radio Format!' - A service of Mark Harris Broadcast Consulting.
